Upon placing an order and/or receiving an invoice from Zac and Lily, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions;
Pricing, description and product information
The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the website at the time you place your order (plus a delivery charge), except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. The prices quoted on this website apply only to products sold via this website. Where the same products are available via another stockist different prices may apply. All prices are shown in £ sterling. Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system, the information appearing on this website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order. Please be aware that the colours and appearance of our products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen and we cannot guarantee that your monitor screen will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All measurements and sizes are approximate, although we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. On occasion an element of a particular kit may be substituted with a different item than the one shown on the product images. In this instance we will ensure that the item functions in the same way and will not detract from the usability or enjoyment of the kit in question.
Ordering
All standard orders (items we keep in stock most of time) will be directed through to the website. The Zac and Lily website accepts PayPal.
All non-standard orders (corporate orders or other personalised items specially made to order) will be invoiced via paypal. Payment will be due on receipt and products will not be made until payment is confirmed. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account to pay an invoice as you are given the option to pay using a debit or credit card. Bank transfers can also be arranged where necessary. Invoices should be checked carefully before making payment to ensure all details are correct. Any changes made after the invoice has been paid, will incur additional costs.
Delivery
We will only send out the best quality products and all items will be well within their use by date.
We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.We cannot be held responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information. We urge you to check your invoice and / or account information carefully, as once your order has left us we cannot change the delivery address and you will have to cover the additional postage costs to have another sent.
If your order is returned to us because the recipient has failed to respond to the couriers attempted deliveries, you must cover the costs of resending the order, should you wish to do so. If you decide you do not want to resend your order, after the items have been returned, we will issue you with a refund minus the postage costs.
In the unlikely event that your order goes missing a replacement will be sent.
All orders will be sent with MyHermes and will take approximately 3-5 days. Please note that delivery times may be extended in busy periods an over bank holidays.
Please contact us for a quote if you require a specialist delivery service, eg next day.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to accept refunds or returns on any food items unless they are still wrapped in their original delivery packaging as they will not be able to be resold. Personalised items cannot be refunded.
The only exception would be if the products arrived damaged, in which case photographic evidence will be required before and after unpacking your order.
If you change you change your mind, you can cancel up to 24 hours after placing your order as we aim to have all ‘in stock’ orders dispatched with 72 hours*
* Personalised orders and large orders may take longer to process, we will contact you to discuss this as soon as possible after your order is placed.
Non standard orders are non-refundable.
